A great astronomy telescope with a large aperture allowing you to view nebulae, star clusters and galaxies in the night sky.

Description

This is the perfect telescope for an amateur astronomer wanting a more affordable scope, that will still provide a great viewing experience due to its large 130mm aperture.

The large light collecting area of the Nova 1309 gathers 30% more light than the 114mm reflector and will allow you to see much in the deep sky. This combined with the long 900mm focal length of the telescope will bring you closer to amazing views of nebulae, star clusters and galaxies in the night sky.

Telescope Assembly

A highly sophisticated & technical piece of equipment. Manual was not the best with assembly requiring a high degree of technical nous and ability to read drawings ie. a child will not be able to assemble this & will need an adult. Spotter Scope was difficult to align and needs slim packers in the brackets to get it aligned with the main telescope. After setup hiccups, it works beautifully. TIP - to move it around, do not bolt the triangular tray as it stops the tripod legs from folding & much easier to move with legs folded.
