We use a combination of NZ Couriers, PostHaste and Mainfreight for all NZ deliveries.A signature is required upon delivery, unless specified otherwise and we can not deliver to PO boxes.
Returns
You can return any product you have purchased from our website for exchange or a Gift Voucher of equal or greater value, within 28 days of purchase.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused and with all manuals and instructions.
Please contact us about any returns, prior to dispatching them to us. When sending please also include your original order details.
Please bear in mind return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times - New Zealand
Usual Delivery Times
- Auckland - usually overnight but can be up to 2 business days and an additional 2 days for Rural Delivery.
- North Island excluding Auckland - 2 business days and an additional 2 days for Rural Delivery
- South Island - 2 business days and an additional 2 days for Rural Delivery.
If you require faster delivery than this please contact us or if Rural Delivery you can direct delivery to your closest non-RD address.
Please note that during high volume times such as Christmas, courier delivery may be delayed and we cannot guarantee any delivery times.
Delivery Charges - New Zealand
Delivery charges for most of our telescopes, sport optics and microscopes are based on weight, size and delivery to one of four regions; - Auckland, Waiheke / Great barrier, North Island excluding Auckland and South Island, with and without Rural Delivery
Delivery charges for our larger telescopes are based on weight, size and delivery to either a city or one of 16 regions or collection from a Mainfreight Depot.
Product delivery charges, for each of the main regions are displayed when you add a product to your cart and / or when you proceed to checkout - simply choose the region your goods are being delivered to.
We are happy for you to collect your goods from our warehouse and not to incur these charges.
Just contact us to arrange a suitable time before hand.
