saxon 607 AZ2 Beginners Telescope
So far so good. Great telescope to get started
Adequate basic astronomical telescope
We bought it for a 9 year old along with a substantial kids’ book on astronomy. The telescope is very cheaply engineered but works adequately for that purpose. For instance, adjustments to azimuth and altitude, and finder scope are clunky and imprecise, and the finder scope mounting is not robust. However with a little care and forbearance the telescope will help foster the youngster’s interests in the universe and optics.
Beginner
