This is a very small, very cheap microscope. The price reflects the fact that the scope lacks features such as fine focus, a mechanical stage, or adjustable lighting. (To get these features you'll need to pay 2x as much though).
Make no mistake, this is a basic entry level microscope. That being said, the quality of what features are present is actually pretty good. Optically I have no complaints, the camera functionality is pretty good too. Can't complain, does what we needed it for!
