1. Shopping PolicyThis site and its content is made available for the purpose of shopping online. By ordering a product on this website, you agree to pay for the products ordered at the purchase price confirmed in the order confirmation e-mail you will receive from us after placing your order on our website. The price on our order confirmation e-mail will be calculated as follows :
+ Product price as displayed at the time of order (incl GST)
+ Courier charges (if applicable)
- any discounts (promotional discounts, etc.)
= Purchase price confirmed by order confirmation e-mail.
telescopes.net.nz is a trading division of Tika Marketing NZ Ltd and is based in Warkworth, New Zealand.
Together with your delivery, you will receive a Tax invoice issued by Tika Marketing NZ Ltd showing the product price, delivery charges (if any) and discounts (if any).
If you pay by credit card, the name that will appear on your cardholder statement will be telescopes.net.nz.
While we endeavor to ensure all prices are accurate, in the event an error is made in any price, we reserve the right to correct the price after purchase.
You can return any product you have purchased from our website for exchange within 28 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, unused and all manuals and instructions. Please also include your original order details.
Please bear in mind return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Our products come with a a range of warranties ranging from 1 year to 30 years of limited manufacturers warranty depending on the item. Please keep the tax invoice you will receive with your delivery as proof of purchase.
You will see the full delivery charge before completing your purchase. The anticipated delivery time will be 2-3 working days after receipt of your payment unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay within the usual expected delivery time. Please note that we use NZ Couriers and PostHaste Couriers as our preferred courier company. If you are in a Rural Delivery (RD) zone there will be another 1-2 days for delivery and in the case of urgent orders some customer direct the shipment to the nearest non-RD address and pick it up themselves or get it held at the local Courier depot.
On occasion not all items ordered will be available in stock: We will, at our discretion, deliver the goods available at the time and the rest as soon as they become available. We will keep you informed about the expected delivery time of the missing item.
